At Olivea, we’re proud to offer high-quality food products designed to support your long-term health. Because our products are consumables, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet, we’re happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at hi@myolivea.com with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
Final Sale Policy
All products are final sale once shipped. For quality and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food items.
