Ordering and Payment

If we cancel an order after your payment method has been charged, we will promptly issue a refund of the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We process orders within 1-2 business days and ship via standard shipping methods. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses in transit, but we will reasonably assist with carrier claims. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Subscription and AutoRenewal Terms

By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to the Subscription Terms, including automatic renewal and recurring charges, cancellation procedures, and changes to pricing or terms, which are incorporated by reference and available above in these Terms.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS (INGESTIBLE/CONSUMABLE GOODS), WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS, WHETHER OPENED OR UNOPENED. This no-returns policy reflects the safety and quality standards we maintain and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error, contact us at hi@myolivea.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. After verification, we will provide a replacement at no cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available or where required by law. Shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable except where required by law.

Subscription cancellations. 

You may cancel a subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the then‑current billing period.  We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law. Additional Subscription and Auto‑Renewal Terms apply as incorporated above.

Our full Refund Policy is incorporated by reference and is available at https://www.myolivea.com/policies/refund-policy. If there is any conflict between that policy and these Terms, these Terms govern for purchases made on the Site.

Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Except as otherwise provided by law, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis as set forth above. You may opt out within 30 days of first acceptance by sending written notice to the address below. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. The exclusive venue for court proceedings permitted under this section is Miami‑Dade County, Florida.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any policies and terms referenced herein (including the Returns/Refunds/Cancellations Policy and Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Olivea LLC regarding the Site and products. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as described above.
